I remember when I tasted Cynar like you. I was struck by how good it was in 1973. My first Amaro and I also was introduced to Averna too. I’m from Las Vegas former waiter and eventually manager and behind the bar too. Cheers to you!

Apparently the bar also does one with mezcal / pineapple wedges, and Tajin rim!
